Lower Atalicon was a farming Island where a number of pyromancers fled during the last months of the War of Wind and Fire. Near the end of the War, that Island’s pulon mysteriously crumbled into ruin, an event thought impossible since pulons are virtually indestructible by any known means. No geomancer remained alive that knew how to construct a pulon so the Island was considered lost, though it could still be seen in the void from close by Islands. Several attempts were sent via an older method of travel before the pulons to communicate with Lower Atalicon but none ever returned.
